A fitness consultation lasts about 30-40 minutes and may include working with a fitness specialist. We will help you develop a regular fitness routine and define your goals and see if you and your trainer are a good fit.

We aim to build character, leadership qualities, and make parenting easier for you. Above all, our one-on-one sessions are crafted to be enjoyable, ensuring that your child has a positive and fulfilling experience.
This program is a fun and effective way to learn self-defense, specifically designed for ladies! It's called fit4fight, a great combination of striking, kicking, and weights for toning. Not only will you learn practical self-defense moves, but you'll also learn release and escape methods that anyone can use, regardless of size. So why not get a group of your friends together to join us and know how not to be chosen as a victim?

ON GOING FITNESS :
This option allows subsidized individual or group personal training programs for employees and CEO'S.
TEAM BUILDING FITNESS :
This program runs for 6 weeks and is a great way for colleagues to bond while getting in to shape.
Classes are either within the office space or outdoors at a local park within the lunch break or after work.
